We’re excited to welcome you into our Palermo Soho workshop. With us, you will experience the tradition of asado the way families and friends do it in Argentina. Several steps, different cuts of meat, chorizo, and more will be served during this memorable meal. You will have a front-row seat with a direct view of the parrilla, where you can see how the asado is prepared from raw until it is served on your plate.

About Us

We are Betty and Marcelo, we've been married for more than 30 years. Recently, we changed our lives and decided to start a new journey sharing our passion and knowledge about the Argentine Asado BBQ.

Betty

Your hostess is fluent in English, Spanish, German and Portuguese. She is an expert in public relations, enjoys meeting new people and traveling around the world. Betty loves to organize great parties and share good food with friends and family.

Marcelo

Your grillmaster is the king of the grill, he takes pleasure in cooking a delicious barbecue for friends and family. He is passionate about food, drinks, wines, and enjoys whiskeys. Driving around Argentina is one of his top pleasures, together with fishing in the Patagonia.

We loved our experience! We were able to taste each of the delicious dishes that come from Argentina. Betty and Marce were amazing and brought the atmosphere together. It felt like sitting with family in a place so far from home. We made some incredible friends, shared beautiful toasts, and enjoyed everything about the evening except having to leave. The warm introduction and the ease of conversation amplified the incredible food that we were served with great atmosphere and remarkable storytelling. Betty and Marcelo delivered a meal that transcended that of a Don Julio meal that we had the previous night.

We had a great evening at the rooftop barbecue. Betty and Marcelo were very welcoming and friendly hosts, and the other guests were chatty and created a great atmosphere. The food and wine were delicious, and the hosts explained about what we were eating, how everything had been prepared and shared stories about Argentina and Buenos Aires. We were able to watch Marcelo cooking the food on the outdoor grill. The vegetarian food was also delicious and varied.
